All products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, covering workmanship and materials.
Warranty Coverage
If a quality issue arises within the warranty period, please provide a short video of the faulty product and we will replace or refund, including freight costs for defective items.
Exclusions

- Damage caused by incorrect voltage, overload, or external factors
- Normal wear and tear of consumable parts
