Overview
The 4914090 is a Cummins EFC-series electronic speed governor (Normally Closed) with built-in soft-start. The ramp-up time is adjustable from 0 to 30 seconds, allowing the engine to come up to speed gradually and eliminating black-smoke emissions on crank. Designed for ≤350 kW Normally Closed gensets.
