Returns & Exchanges

We attach great importance to quality. All products will be checked before they are sent out to ensure that the quality is all right.

1. If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us within 30 days after receiving the goods. A restocking fee may be applied outside of this time period. Please note that we do not accept returns and exchanges outside 45 days.
2. Send email to info@zenixpower.com, tell us your order number and why you want to return or exchange.
3. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees incurred. We will send the warehouse return address to you by email.
4. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused, unwashed and with original packaging.
5. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund or send the replacement within 3 business days.
