Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

We are a manufacturer with our own factory and production lines. We develop and produce generator AVRs, controllers, and speed governors in-house, with full quality control from raw materials to finished products.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 1 piece for in-stock items. For bulk orders, we offer tiered pricing discounts. Custom/OEM orders may have higher MOQ depending on the product.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock items ship within 24 hours. Standard delivery is 3-7 days by air and 15-30 days by sea, depending on destination. Custom production orders typically take 7-15 days.

Do you provide warranty?

Yes, all products come with a 12-month warranty. If any quality issue arises, provide a short video and we will replace or refund – including freight costs for defective items.

Can I get a sample before bulk order?

Yes, sample orders are welcome. We can ship 1-2 pieces for testing and evaluation. Sample pricing is the same as bulk pricing – no markup.

Do you accept OEM/ODM orders?

Absolutely. We offer custom branding, packaging design, and product development. Our R&D team develops 35+ new products annually. Contact us with your specifications for a quote.
